Boomerang was a community for retired/semi-retired people aged 50+ who were looking to connect through online classes. The company successfully pivoted post-Covid, and I joined the team as Senior Product Designer to assist in navigating the online world. From a design standpoint, I led the team in migrating over 10,000 users to a native app.

To inform our designs, we conducted user interviews and worked closely with the operations team. I successfully redesigned the entire website, including making the copy as straightforward as possible to reduce any friction.
