Ritual's digital pickup sign was a tablet in the restaurant’s Ritual pickup area. The tablet displayed the queued orders while also being an in-store lead generation tool by showing ads and displaying a keypad for users to text themselves the app's link.

Working on a team consisting of myself, a project manager, and about five developers, we focused on in-store user acquisition, and the digital pickup sign was one of our products.
