Ritual's digital pickup sign was a tablet that sat in restaurants’ Ritual pickup area. The tablet displayed the queued orders, simultaneously being an in-store lead generation tool by showing ads and displaying a keypad for users to text themselves the app's link. Working in a pod team consisting of myself, a project manager, and about five developers, we focused on in-store user acquisition, and the digital pickup sign was one of our products.
